The Story

Tuco Enterprises was born from a simple frustration: GMs spend too much time prepping and not enough time playing.

Mark Evans — a long-time tabletop GM and parts manager at Morgan Motor Company — started creating his own adventure modules after years of bending published content to fit his table. Every campaign needed heavy rewrites. Every session prep ate into weekend time. The tools that existed were either too generic or too bloated.

So he built what he actually wanted to use: tight, drop-in-ready adventures with strong hooks, clear structure, and enough depth to reward creative GMs without punishing anyone running it cold.

The Approach

Every Tuco Enterprises product follows three principles:

  • Drop-in ready — Run it tonight. Minimal prep. Every encounter, NPC hook, and clue is spelled out so you can focus on running the game, not building it.
  • Layered depth — Surface level works straight out of the box. Dig deeper and you’ll find connecting threads, moral complexity, and secrets that reward curiosity.
  • Respect the GM’s time — Clear headings, useful stat blocks, and no 50-page rabbit holes. Everything exists to make your session better, not to look impressive on a page.

The Shattered Veil

The flagship product line is the Shattered Veil campaign — five interconnected adventure modules that take a party from Level 1 to Level 10 across a complete campaign arc. Beginning with a missing-persons mystery outside a cursed forest shrine and ending with a planar assault on the Throne of Fractured Eternity, every adventure connects through recurring NPCs, evolving consequences, and a central mystery: who shattered the Crown of Unity, and why?

Each module also works standalone. Drop Shadows of the Forgotten Shrine into your existing campaign as a horror one-shot, or run The Crimson Pact as an urban intrigue break between larger arcs.
